 Summary:
   Responsible for coordinating daily shipping and receiving workflow to maintain safety and meet customer delivery requirements.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
   Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
 
 
   Lead shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to achieve performance goals.
 
 
   Coordinate freight carriers to meet delivery requirements.
 
 
   Stays current with email/text communications at all times to ensure timely service to customers.
 
 
   Track and report key performance metrics.
 
 
   Collaborate with Leads to manage resources and respond to changing production requirements.
 
 
   Collaborate with Customer Service to develop and achieve daily shipping schedules, and to determine current hold status.
 
 
   Monitor performance and ensure compliance with work instructions and company policies and procedures.
 
 
   Assist with creation, maintenance, and improvement of warehouse work instructions.
 
 
   Perform shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions
 
 
   Support production operations as needed.
 
 
   Perform other duties as assigned.

 Skills and Qualifications:
   High school diploma or GED required
 
 
   Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office and QAD preferred
 
 
   Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
 
 
   Ability to safely operate powered material handling equipment
 
 
   Ability to interpret and follow written instructions, specifications, and engineering drawings
 
 
   Ability analyze data and count/reconcile quantities
 
 
   Ability to train others
 
 
   Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
