Infor is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist, Sr to join our global marketing organization. This role is critical in reaching the strategic marketing goals set by Infor, aligned to the sales cloud growth targets. This person is responsible for driving marketing excellence and team-wide initiatives that ensure the success of the Global Marketing teams in meeting marketing and revenue objectives. Expertise in establishing business process and developing alternative approaches and ideas. Configuring systems and optimizing campaigns; no detail is too small. Using data & sound judgement to make bold decisions.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Continuous collaboration with Business Systems, Sales Ops, Sales and BDR, IT and Marketing teams to maintain alignment on business need and best practices.
Develop/optimize and implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency within various departments including training.
Day to day management of lead gen processes across the end users, channel marketing activities and working with marketing teams in different regions.
Work with Center of Excellence to implement best practices for lead conversion
Act as a first line of defense to diagnose issue with lead management processes in Salesforce or Pardot and develop effective solutions
Participate in Marketing-Wide projects to improve the processes and systems for the overall business.
Focus on lead management, lead scoring and analysis, including governance and process.
The proficiency to prepare documentation for critical data processes and database marketing procedures.
Business owner for marketing technology software and systems from implementation to adoption
Driving current best practices across MarTech stack, making recommendations to drive higher performance and optimization
Create cross-functional processes that will help drive key decisions for marketing, sales and business development teams
Process Operational efficiencies for campaigns and techstack
Required skills:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with significant experience in marketing automation, CRM and project management applications, and process operations
Advanced understanding of B2B marketing
Excellent data analytical abilities to help drive decisions
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organization
Strong project management skills - from concept to completion
High degree of flexibility and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
High attention to detail

Salesforce and Pardot experience
Leandata Certification
ClickUp administrator
