HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a Facilities Manager to support the Risk Management program by coordinating, directing, and managing various projects associated with the maintenance, repair, and renovation of existing business properties and facilities to ensure safe effective operations and support the continuity of operations. This position includes facilitating contractor and vendor service agreements and contracts such as commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance, security and alarm systems, and participation in the development of draft scopes of work for repair and renovation projects. We work with people who live and breathe building materials, so we need someone who is ready to be the hero we need!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher education degree or certification in facility management, building construction, or related field.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Building construction or related trade experience preferred but not required.
