San Antonio, Texas Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager heavy equipment 185-200k

Either heavy equipment, bus or truck manufacturing experience

Hire and train engineers
One will lead the transition from diesel to electric in the future
complicated product mix and need that type of in depth/complicated manufacturing experience.
Ones responsible for all Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, supporting our Body in White, Paint and General Assembly areas.
- Responsibilities:
- Works with corporate Advanced Mfg to plan and implement new product and process designs
- Plant lead for process equipment design and process commissioning
- Establishes operational objectives, processes and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers
- Responsible for departmental performance and attainment of key KPIs
- Drives the Industry 4.0 strategy for production, maintenance and facilities
- Works cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders during the build out and on a go forward basis
- Position is responsible for ensuring business plan numbers are met through effective management of maintenance resources, budget adherence, planning and adjusting as needed This position is responsible for all decisions made regarding the maintenance of equipment, facilities and allocation of assigned resources
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least ten years of product manufacturing experience
- supervise a minimum of enengineer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $185,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
