Wage: $16.00/hr - $18.25/hr (bounus pay for performance)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (30 - 70 hours per week depending on volume)
Shift:
Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Must be available for 10 hour shift) ($16.00/hr PLUS Performance pay up to $18.25/hr)
Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Requirements
- Must be able to withstand the cold (40 degrees) for 8 - 10 hours
- Must be able to stand for 8 - 10 hours
- Ability to move up to 10lbs
- Must be able to work in a fast environment
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Must be able to work well with others and maintain a safe and clean area.
Job Description
This position is in a fast paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Associates will be expected to stand on an assembly line for 8 - 10 hours in a cold environment. (40 degrees) Depending on where an associate is located on the assembly line they could be asked to load the line with material, glue boxes, push product, stack pallets and anything else required by leadership.
