Job Summary/Description:

Gray Television seeks a Digital Producer for its Spanish Digital Content Center, which distributes content to our Spanish stations' websites in more than 12 markets across the U.S. Ideal candidates will be able to respond to each local and national news coverage in real time. Working well with a team and digital/email communication skills are essential, and the successful candidate must demonstrate strong writing skills in Spanish and news judgment. Speed under pressure, a strategic mindset, impeccable news judgment and writing in Spanish.

The successful applicant also will have these attributes:

• Ability to create attractive posting for social media to generate engagement and bring traffic.

• Experience reading live analytics reports and adapting the content accordingly to the performance of the day.

• Demonstrated video sourcing, production, and editing abilities.

• Knowledge and experience with content management systems.

• Demonstrated ability to adjust strategy and implementation based on evolving needs.

• Ability to work with others to achieve a common goal.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Capable of implementing strategies to supplement the Spanish Digital Content Center and station-generated content production.

• Applicants need a degree in journalism or a related field or 2 years comparable work experience.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
