Shift Leader – Bay City
The Aviator Cookie Company is expanding into Bay City, MI and has immediate openings!
Duties
The Shift Leader position will be 25-30 hours a week and will have flexible hours. There will be always a shift leader on duty when our bakery is open for business. The shift leader will ensure that excellent customer service is provided to our customers and will be the last line of defense for quality control of our product as we serve our cookies to our customers. The shift leader will ensure that other employees are following our policies and procedures and that the opening of the day and closing of the day checklists are completed. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders from customers, filling customers’ orders, and cleaning.
Qualifications
-Must be able to lift 50lbs
-Must have a valid driver’s license
Desired skills

-Safe driver
-ServSafe certification is not required but preferred
Shift
25-30 hours. Variable days and shifts, and days. We are open Tuesday through Saturday and have varying hours depending on the day. During the week we are open until 8 pm, and at 9 pm on the weekends. During the summer we are open until 10 pm on the weekends.
Pay
$13.00 - $15.00 an hour
