Senior Operations Manager- Badlands Offroad Park

Risk Management Experience Requirements: 5 years of experience in leading and enforcing safety programming.

The senior operations manager continuously looks for ways to run the business more efficiently while increasing sales. If you are keenly aware of the financial responsibilities you have to the company and can set and exceed sales and attendance goals this is the job for you. Business Development Experience Requirements: Proven success in the ability to create and follow budgeting, maximize sales figures, create revenue-generating programming, and set and exceed goals.

Lead Retail Operations- The Pro Shop at Badlands is an important department of the company both in-house and online. Customers rely on us to provide a wide variety of relevant off-roading merchandise. The Senior Operations manager must continually seek ways to better promote the store, merchandise the product line, and maintain a high level of customer service. If you can manage, maintain, merchandise, and increase sales for a high volume in-store and online retail store this job is for you. Retail Management Experience: 5 years of experience managing in a retail setting overseeing purchasing, receiving, and merchandising.

Technical Skills Required:

· Ability to navigate and learn high-level programming/reporting with POS software

· Knowledge of and a passion for off-roading is a BIG plus!

· Knowledge of Google-based software

Other Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of retail merchandising, purchasing, and receiving

· Flexibility with duties with the desire to learn and grow

· Upbeat, outgoing, friendly demeanor

· Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional long hours

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, reach, stoop, twist, and grasp with hands

· Ability to work outdoors in cold or hot weather, rain, or high winds

· Valid driver’s license

· Advanced business management degree (or a combination of education and experience to fulfill job requirements)
