RN Access Coordinator – Dialysis - MONDAY through FRIDAY WITH DAYTIME HOURS and NO CALL! Weekends available with incentive

Position Summary:

Looking for full-time RN Access Coordinator with experience in vascular surgery, interventional radiology and/or kidney dialysis. Excellent pay, benefits and bonus potential for the successful individual.

The position and the effectiveness of the selected individual are critical to the success of the ASC to meet its mission of great care and great service. The compensation and benefits are highly competitive and commensurate with experience with additional performance bonus opportunities.

Job Summary:

• Ability to foster relationships with patients, referring nephrologists and dialysis centers.
• Works directly with the management with a varied role which includes education of patients and referring professionals, marketing/ promotion, coordination of care, customer service and communication.
• Must have outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Must have a high degree of accountability and motivation in their duties with the ability to collaborate and problem solve.
• Previous sales/ marketing experience along with clinical experience in the relevant specialties is highly desirable.
• Must have great customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills are required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Education/Experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year experience.
• Dialysis experience is a MUST.
