Position Overview
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate in a safe, yet an extremely high paced, fluid environment. At the core, you must have the ability to safely optimize people and technology while ensuring quality in everything we do. You are responsible for the daily oversight of operations of the warehouse employees and to ensure compliance with all company policies.

Earn - starting at $63k(able to negotiate based on experience)
Shift - 2nd - evenings
Location - Kapolei
You will contribute by:
Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team in the fulfilment of customer orders
Ensuring proper execution of all established quality, safety & sanitation practices of warehouse operations
Collaborating with the Shift Manager to contribute to the development of employee performance
Providing continuous feedback to Warehouse Associates to improve employee relations & retention.
Performing audits, accident investigations and making recommendations for distribution center improvement
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Grocery (dry goods) – about 50°- 90°
Perishable (Refrigerated) – about 28°- 60°
Frozen – about -20° - 0°
We’re searching for candidates with:
3-5 years of related experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor is highly desired (managing 15+ employees)
Exposure to warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory control and/or labor management a plus
Dynamic manager, comfortable speaking in large groups
Open scheduling availability (nights and/or weekends may be required)
The ability to safely & efficiently move merchandise up to 60lbs & stand/walk up to 12 hours
Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Ability and willingness to follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures
