Restaurant Marketing Director Job at Chick-fil-A | Washington, PA
Overview: At Chick-fil-A Washington, we are seeking a self-motivated marketing leader who implements creative thinking and disciplined execution to grow sales by strengthening emotional connections, brand image, and community impact.
The marketing will devote 20 non-operational hours a week to planning, activating, and reviewing our personalized marketing strategy. The marketing director will be expected to work in operations over our busy hours. While RMD is specializing in brand growth, they will be expected to take shared ownership of the customer and team member experience. They will be asked to be a valuable contributor to areas outside of their department and to willingly change their behavior for the good of the team.
Expectations: The key tasks that we are looking for the marketing director to perform are:
- Alignment of all marketing materials with brand guardrails and market rules
- Increased social media presence and effectiveness (increased followers/likes)
- Activations and events that represent our brand as the “most caring company” and our promise “building a brighter Washington.”
- Maintaining marketing calendar- yearly goals are broken down in to daily, weekly, monthly targets
- Uses budget accurately to achieve goals
- Lead and manage donation requests
- Grow sales through Chick-fil-A One app growth
- Food distributions to surprise and delight our community
- Sampling seasonal products
- Leveraging the cow mascot to create fond memories

- Organized and disciplined: Can create and stick to a marketing plan, maintains a budget, plans ahead for any activations
- Relational/Caring: Displays genuine care for building relationships with guests and fellow employees and is concerned with the “heart health” of the business.
- Creative: works side by side with Operator in generating new/fun ideas to win people over to CFA Washington
REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
