What You Will Be Doing:

    • Coordinate logistics of the Hiring process: Including responding to candidates, managing Job postings, and scheduling interviews with different stakeholders globally.
    • Support TA & HR Ops teams with system entry, reporting, and dashboard creation /analytics.
    • Act as liaison with the payroll department and external vendors
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our ATS(Lever).
    • Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, background checks, systems setup, Manager swag box delivery, and new hire communication to support teams(IT, finance, HRBP, Hiring manager).
    • Support the People Operations team with administrative tasks, including updating employee records on HRIS & payroll systems(Bamboo & Sequoia) and responding to employee inquiries.
    • Provide excellent customer service to employees, candidates, and hiring managers.
    • Execute key administrative tasks related to employee data and record maintenance, onboarding/recruiting, data reporting, and more.
    • Provide support and coordination for Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Who You Are:

    • At least 3+ years of experience in TA operations or HR operations.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a coordinator role
    • Expertise in time management
    • Exceptional attention to detail and impressive organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Lever) & HRIS (Bamboo HR).
