We are looking for you to join the Every Child team! We are seeking a new Mobile Therapist to join our Community and School-Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) team at Highlands Elementary School in Tarentum, PA.

The ideal candidate has a passion for working in community mental health, holds a master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, and is license eligible. The Mobile Therapist provides intensive school-based individual therapy, individual/family therapy, and support services to families. They work alongside families through a large spectrum of behavioral and emotional challenges to enable the child to be maintained in their home environment and to function appropriately in the least restrictive environment. We are looking for someone with skills in clinical assessment, counseling, crisis management, and psychoeducation with a systems perspective. In addition, you will help lead the team of Behavioral Health Technicians at the school. This is a 40-hour per week position is overtime eligible.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field; Eligible for and willing to obtain one of the following Licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; minimum of two years direct counseling experience working with children and families; experience working with trauma issues; excellent organizational/administrative skills with good computer skills; ability to work cooperatively as part of a team; ability to adapt to change; sense of humor.
