Lead and Assistant Teacher Preschool/Infant Job at Little Flower Learning Center
We are a learning environment where children are nurtured and educated while their parents are away. We are seeking Lead Teachers to share their knowledge and passion with students and help them develop a lifelong love of learning. The Lead Teachers are highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic educators who will inspire our students to reach their full potential. We're looking for educators who are eager to partner with parents, counselors and administrators in giving each student the individualized attention they need to succeed in college and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Plan lessons.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom.
- Manage the classroom budget.
- Assist teachers and students during parent-teacher conferences.
- Plan and participate in professional development activities.
- Create lesson plans for new teachers.
- Observe and evaluate teaching practices within the building.
- Conduct staff meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
