We are hiring for Janitorial part-time positions in Darrington, WA at the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Tribe. We are looking for candidates who are available to work 10 to 20 hours/week. Shifts will vary and can include 4 hours, 8 hours, days, evenings and weekends.

We are looking for individuals with either commercial or residential cleaning experience for part-time positions to provide cleaning services.

We ask each applicant to understand each shift is very important and we need flexibility from individuals that are willing to fill shifts when others are absent.

Cleaning responsibilities can include the following: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal; stocking supplies, sanitation, floor maintenance; carpet shampooing, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning; kitchen and restroom cleaning/disinfecting; window washing; odor control and other cleaning duties as required.

Cleaners must follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates have the following attributes:

• Commercial or residential cleaning experience
• Great customer service
• Friendly and professional approach to working with clients and co-workers
• Available to work varying schedules that may include day, evening or night shifts
• Able to walk, stand, climb, bend, and kneel to clean from ceiling to floor
• Able to push, pull, lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, including cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Reliable transportation
• Speak English for communicating with co-workers and customers.
