We are looking for a Home Care Sales Representative who will act as the first point of contact, educating clients on the benefits of TandemCARE service options versus other market offerings. An essential function of this role is that, as the clients’ trusted liaison, the successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills and utilize active listening in order to understand and respond to the needs, requirements, and preferences of all client types in the home care community. As a TandemCARE brand ambassador, this position will communicate with clients and their loved ones with compassion and empathy through various channels with the goal of building clientele and fostering additional business opportunities.
Essential Job Function and Responsibilities
Nurture leads by educating care seekers and their loved ones about our unique caregiving service offering
Exceed KPI metrics and drive sales forward each month
Manage inbound and outbound calls including referrals to healthcare professionals, community resources, and social services organizations
Schedules and conducts intakes for new clients including creating individual care plans based on care needs over the phone and in person if necessary
Communicate with operational departments to successfully onboard new clients
Keep accurate records of all communication with prospective clients in our CRM and telephony platforms
Provide exceptional customer service and a great experience for our clients
Minimum Skills Required
Two plus years of sales experience in either home care, home health, or hospice
High School Diploma or certificate
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with the drive to succeed
Ability to evaluate and successfully overcome objections during the sales process
Must live within the Los Angeles, CA area
