Provide vision and leadership while promoting the use of location intelligence to enable customer success and support our development and growth into new domains by working closely with industry experts throughout the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Help clients translate real-world needs into practical, state-of-the art, solutions that support people with making meaningful decisions. Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions for customer requirements, and work with customers to prepare implementation, change management, and migration activities
  • Support the configuration of Esri’s software in support of the customer. Esri’s technology has many capabilities that can be used by our customers. Including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis & data science, 3D visualization & analytics, data management, and developer API’s
  • Be involved with our customer communities and support the relationships across users, customers, distributors, and partners
  • Manage projects and to assist customers with meaningful solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirements, analysis, design, build and implementation
  • Lead the scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables through planning, tracking, quality assurance, change control, and risk management
  • Establish, develop, and expand relationships with customers, partners, and distributors. Work with our marketing and sales teams to develop new business
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise geospatial technology (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or ArcGIS Platform)
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to technical peers, project managers, and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to translate a customer’s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical solutions
  • Proposal writing experience including preparing executive summaries, solution definition, scope of work, staffing, and pricing
  • Ability to develop project designs, work plans, budgets, schedules
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn – you must thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
  • Bachelor’s in geography, computer science, GIS, information systems, city and regional planning, urban design, environmental science, climate science or a related field
Recommended Qualifications:
  • Master’s in geography, computer science, GIS, information systems, city and regional planning, urban design, environmental science, climate science or a related field
  • Knowledge of and experience with leveraging Esri’s capabilities across enterprise systems
  • Experience with current technology implementation patterns including service-oriented and cloud computing architecture
