TYPE OF POSITION: Full-Time, Salary, paid Weekly

ANNUAL INCOME: Salary $55,000/yr with Experience - Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit ($1,057/weekly or $211/day worked + Benefits after 90 days)

JOB LOCATION: Broit Lifting Outdoor Yard located in Ft. Myers, local jobsites, and trips to manufacturing plants in FL

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL:

• Be able and willing to work a flex start-time shift (usually start at the yard between 5-6 am)
• Safely drive and operate both manual and automatic trucks.
• Be willing to learn or have experience using a forklift, skid loader, or similar equipment
• Be willing to load, strap, secure, and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and organized manner
• Follow all safe work practices and procedures - Safety First!
• Be organized, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to pivot quickly in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to follow directions and have a sense of urgency

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST:

• Have a Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (2+ years experience), including backing up, and a Clean Driving Record with no violations within the last 3 years (to be added to our Commercial Insurance Policy)
• Have the ability to successfully pass a Drug Screening for DOT FMCSA
• Have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Have experience using a Moffett / Manitou forklift, skid steer, backhoe, (or other similar equipment) OR be able to learn how to use forklifts and be able to operate them safely and efficiently
• Speak Fluent English - Bonus: Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Be willing to join our Life360 app on your personal phone while working, as well as download and use apps utilized by the company

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE OFFERED THE FOLLOWING:
