  • Perform tactical marketing activities, track success, and analyze programs
  • Manage PMS timelines and milestones for individual projects to ensure projects stay on track
  • Create and manage marketing initiatives, create creative briefs, and communicate to the internal creative team on the projects
  • Present assets for reviews to internal executives and stakeholders, obtain feedback, and clearly communicate feedback to the internal creative team
  • Liaise with creative team to create materials and ensure brand image is consistent throughout all marketing communications
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
  • Manage print and digital media campaigns, including media negotiations, budgeting, tracking and program analysis
  • Deliver relevant campaign reports and present insights to keep larger organization abreast of marketing activities
  • Help develop, implement, maintain, plan, and track digital and content marketing campaigns
  • Manages and organizes the marketing asset inventory library
  • Maintain dashboard, lists, campaigns reports, and other datasets
  • Investigate new marketing programs to generate sales leads, optimize marketing investment, improve brand image, and build brand equity
  • Help coordinate Company events and trade shows
  • Assist in development of presentations for both internal and external audiences
  • Perform data and trend analysis and execute data-informed initiatives that drive business growth
  • Align with management on targets and priorities around sales enablement
  • Must think about consumer engagement and overall customer experience and is an advocate for the consumer
  • Coordinate, analyze and provide insight into various market conditions
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, business, competitors, and the brand

Qualifications/Education:

Minimum 2 years marketing experience with proven track record of success in B2C, Marketing initiatives, and brand development.

Excellent verbal and written skills for digital and print assets

Ability to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines with an eye for excellence and minimal supervision

Ability to learn and adapt in an evolving digital ecosystem

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications and/or related certifications (ex: Hubspot Certifications) or 4+ years industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
