BridgeWater at Janesville is an Assisted-Living & Memory Care community where we care for up to 12 elders per home.
We are currently offering a $1,200 Hiring Bonus (Ask Managers for details).
This position is for Full-Time or Part-Time Evening or Part-Time Overnights.
The Assisted Living Coordinator position is a Supervisory Position that is responsible for overseeing the assisted living aide team, as well as, training in new employees.
Position Responsibilities (may include):
- Administer medications and perform delegated nursing tasks
- Assists Elders with personal cares including but not limited to: dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting and transfers/lifts.
- Observes Elders and report changes in status to Nurse
- Assists with on-boarding of new hired staff
- Kitchen related tasks
- Housekeeping & laundry
- Assisting with meaningful engagement & activities
BridgeWater at Janesville is a licensed Assisted Living with Dementia Care facility.
Previous experience working in senior care is required and must enjoy working with the elderly population!
