• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.

How You Will Help:

The Packer role is respons:ible for preparing finished products for packaging and shipment in the Warehouse Assembly department. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately within UPS and/or LTL program.
• Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged.
• Keeping records of packages including delivery notes, invoices, etc.
• Completing packing and order forms with the relevant shipping information within UPS and/or LTL program.
• Loading all packed, outgoing material.
• Sealing shipping containers and labeling them appropriately.
• Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and utilizing appropriate equipment.

The Picker role is responsible for gathering parts from various areas within the Warehouse that are needed for product assemblies. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
• Locate products using technology.
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy.
• Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Keep records of completed orders.
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
• Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and utilizing appropriate equipment.

What You Will Have:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Packers with prior experience in a distribution environment using UPS and/or LTL programs is highly preferred.
• Pickers must have prior experience using a cherry picker.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Possess positive team attitude and willingness to help approach.
• General knowledge of computers.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed to meet department needs.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
