• Analyze high risk applications, document thought process, and recommending course of action for the company.
• Gather relevant data for your team to make informed underwriting decisions.
• Assess photo and appraisal documentation of jewelry/watch schedules.
• Verify values of items using internal and external sources.
• Resolve issues with documentation and follow up with clients.
• Manage underwriting process for customers including quotes, applications, policies, renewals, and cancellations.
• Support senior underwriting staff by processing documentation and maintaining communication with clients.
• Entry-level troubleshooting of user issues with BriteCo’s proprietary jewelry and watch appraisal system.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, email, and online chat- service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Contribute as a valued voice in the company to meetings regarding product updates, performance standards, and recommendations for improvements.
