Purpose of Position

Provide the full range of AAA Colorado’s Travel Agency products and services accurately and in a professional manner.

Job Description

Arrange leisure travel: cruises & tour packages, international and domestic air, car, hotel, and related travel services. Provide excellent customer service. Actively seek and develop current and new travel clients. Provide clients with up-to-date requested travel information, travel planning, and trip assistance.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Apollo reservations and travel school graduation or comparable travel agency experience. Ability to meet sales production requirements. Excellent knowledge of United States and world geography. Good computer skills and aptitude to learn new applications. Must attend training courses and work in an office environment and AAA Colorado Retail Store business hours.

Salary and Benefits

Full-time agents earn a base of $34,000 plus incentive compensation along with travel benefits such as IATA card, FAM trips and industry and vendor certifications. Including incentive compensation, agent earnings range from $34,000 to $100,000
a year.
