Born in Motorsports & Powersports, our products are now relied on by winning NASCAR, IndyCar, Trophy Truck, and other professional racing teams.

We are seeking an experienced Trade Show and Marketing Manager to join our Event Marketing Team. Events are a critical touch point in the FluidLogic customer experience and require strong strategy, organization, and leadership to execute at a high-quality. FluidLogic participates in several national, regional, and local trade shows per year throughout the US. Working closely with event stakeholders, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class trade show strategy with a specific focus on building brand awareness and engaging activation that generates new business opportunities and revenue.

What You Will Own

  • Assist sales and marketing in determining which trade shows are strategically critical, each trade show’s focus, and who should attend the show. Ensure high-quality presence at each show as needed.
  • Develop and manages a comprehensive event project plan and exhibit-related production tasks, promotional items, literature, and bookings.
  • Approve design, layout, cost estimates, and assembly of exhibits
  • Work with sales/marketing to develop appropriate messaging for each events
  • Create pre-show briefing documents and run pre-show business meetings.
  • Evaluate and manage current and future booth requirements such as booth size, design, and graphics.
  • Manage and coordinate the logistics of the exhibit property including maintenance of the trade show exhibit, demonstration equipment, and all accessories.
  • Set up and break down and overall logistics at the event
  • Identify opportunities to sponsor conference sessions that align with marketing goals.
  • Identify and investigate new trade show marketing opportunities based on company priorities and goals.
  • Coordinate with company’s spokespersons and promotes their presence in trade shows or other opportunities.
  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget
  • Directs on-site personnel for optimum presence and activities at events
  • Write post-analyses of events and details learnings
  • Work with sales to ensure leads are distributed and followed up promptly and monitor leads to close


What You Bring

  • 3+ years' experience executing trade show logistics such staffing, budget development and management, travel management, internal and external communications, vendor relationship management, event registration management • Degree in Marketing or relevant years of experience
  • Knowledge and experience in owning the intricate details needed to make a trade show successful, including booth design, marketing communication, contract management, creative development, activation, and lead management.
  • Excellent communications skills to engage and influence internal and external customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Flexible work schedule and the availability to travel up to approximately 30% of the time
  • Exertion up to 20 pounds of force is occasionally required and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
