Position:

Responsibilities:

  • Duties including (but not limited to) working as part of the IPG HR Service team on on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits, and payroll administration for IPG HR service clients.
  • Provide HR services for clients on the development, administration, and implementation of HR related programs, plans and policies for their organization all while reducing liability and enhancing productivity through improved communication and effective HR practices.
  • Maintains knowledge of local, state and federal laws affecting human resources function and uses expertise to educate and advise clients accordingly.
  • Provides consultation on a variety of employment-related concerns to IPG clients such as employee discipline, performance improvement, separations, terminations and general employee management.
  • Assist the HR Service Manager to maintain IPG HR product offerings to ensure availability of resources to meet client needs and to lessen employer liability, such as employee handbooks, recruiting, pre-employment screening, performance management, compensation/wage surveys, online training and other HR product offerings as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or other related fields
  • 1-3+ years of HR practicing experience in USA or Canada
  • Experience in Payroll and Benefit Admin is a big plus
  • Bilingual requirement: English and Mandarin
  • Hands-on experience with ADP or other payroll systems
  • Good at communication and love to work in a diverse work environment
  • Ability to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely
  • Ability to multi-task and produce results under tight deadlines
  • Capable of working independently without constant supervision
  • Responsible and result-oriented
  • Demonstrated skill and experience using Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Bilingual requirement: English and Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
