THE ROLE: We are seeking to hire a Business Analyst-Executive Advisor who is capable of providing high-level project oversight of business initiatives through data analysis and modeling, identification of implementation barriers, and preparing operational insights that will steer conversations for continuous improvement across the company.

This position has a high level of exposure to a multi company transportation conglomerate and will support ownership and board member. FUNCTIONS:

    • SUPPORT: This position will report to and support the Vice Chairman of the Board -Chief Revenue Officer of the company in a multitude of ways including being a strategic partner to Ownership
    • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Will be responsible for planning, documenting, assigning and following up for a number of ongoing new projects
    • Provide project management level organization of ongoing RFP proposals, status of implementations and other Executive initiatives
    • Complete follow up with ongoing projects and review of company initiatives
    • Assist in the identification and prioritization of workflow for the Chief Revenue Officer-Vice Chairman office
    • REPORTING: Executive level reporting and data analysis
    • Identifying project timelines, assigned participants and track progress to completion
    • Provide variance analysis for reports related to all revenue based
    • Review and amend pricing analysis reports for accurate rate proposals
    • LIASSON: Communicate between intercompany departments for information that would effect all revenue generating reports and/or projects
    • Be the point of contact for Chief Revenue Officer-Vice Chairman's accounts both internal and external
    • Presentation & Communication: Provide both superior verbal and written communication throughout the intercompany, executive leadership and client based personnel.
    • Create & review Board level & client presentations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High level of expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects etc.)
    • Strong business acumen
    • Proactive approach to researching
    • Structurally organized and detail centric
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Reporting & Analysis experience

HIGHLY BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Salesforce.com experience
    • WorkDay experience
    • Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI exposure
    • Automation experience through utilization of technology
    • Process Improvement oriented
