NEO Surgical Group Winter Haven, FL 33880
MA with Phlebotomy experience/ Clinical and Surgical Coordinator / Patient Advocate needed for a multidisciplinary medical office in Winter Haven area. Must have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience, must be able to handle multiple tasks with excellent customer service. Must be able to stay calm under pressure and represent yourself in a professional and caring manner at all times.
Must be able to operate C-arm and have basic phlebotomy experience.
Ideal candidate should have impeccable customer service, strong communication skills and be fluent in English (bilingual preference: French Creole, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese)
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting doctors during procedures
- Following up with patients in regards to their recommended procedures, addressing all incoming questions.
- Answering phones, taking messages, contacting insurance companies and law offices
- Making copies, responding to e-mails, e-faxing, scanning, filing
- Inventory (including medical)
Prior experience in personal injury, knowledge of interventional pain management and neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery is a plus.
