Sales Associate

• Establish relationships with customer to grow and retain client base.

• Connect customers with products that fits their needs.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers upon arrival, multi-tasking, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, putting product out, maintaining inventory and communicate effectively with management and staff.

• Driving customer retention through outreach via phone and email in database.

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language

• Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages

• Excellent computer and analytical skills

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.

• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.

• Achieving established goals.

• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.

• Increasing in store sales.

• Superior product knowledge.

• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Sales Associate Requirements:

• An associate degree or high school diploma.

• Retail sales experience 6 months or more.

• A professional appearance.

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
