The Staffing Specialist will work from the corporate office and is responsible for providing coordination of customer order fulfillment, supporting temporary employees payroll, and client retention to support the operations at multiple branches. Duties include developing and implement staffing solutions, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining industry regulations. The Staffing Specialist must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. The Staffing Specialist will provide outstanding service to every client and temporary employee to achieve our vision – A job for every worker and a worker for every job.

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

· Utilizes system-wide staffing and scheduling software (SD3) to arrange schedules and plan staffing for various branches.

· Take client orders and input orders into scheduling software (SD3).

· Answers the telephone, takes inquiries or messages using good telephone etiquette.

· Responds promptly and courteously to all incoming calls and emails.

· Receives inbound calls from clients and/ or temporary employees reporting workers hours.

· Takes appropriates actions to verify and ensure employee hours are accurately processed.

· Processes temporary employees’ hours, including assisting in daily or weekly paycheck processing.

· Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation in company systems (JKM and SD3).

· Makes appropriate commitments and ensures that the company’s commitments to both customers and staff are fulfilled.

· Maintains documentation of temp worker records and communications.

· Communicates continually with branches and customers to evaluate service.

· Provides outstanding customer focus and service to every client (internal and external) and temporary employee interaction.

· Maintains and builds positive relationships with customers, branches and employees.

· Assists with daily marketing calls for branches.

· Makes outbound calls to current and potential customers.

· Assists the Sales department with the closing of sales and following up on leads.

· Performs analysis related to customer retention, staffing needs, employee skillset, job duties, etc.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

· Previous Staffing Coordinate level experience.

· Previous experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures.

· Previous Sales or Account Management experience is preferred.

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

· Authorized to work in the United States.

Skills / Abilities:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationship.

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Team management and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft word, outlook, and excel required.

· Ability to demonstrate courteous behavior and respect to fellow employees, vendors, and clients.

· Accept supervision, constructive criticism, and work cooperatively with others.

· Be flexible in meeting the needs of varying situations.

· Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

  • Monday to Friday
