To be successful in this role, you should understand supply chain management concepts and models, including, demand forecasts, replenishment planning, and inventory management. You should also have strong general consulting skills, including skills in business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be skilled in information systems implementation, including requirements and process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, enterprise project delivery, configuration, testing, data analysis and integration, and training and support.

Responsibilities:
- Run discovery sessions with prospects to understand key objectives, issues, requirements, value propositions, and decision processes.
- Develop solution proposals and design profitable plans to deliver value, define future processes, and facilitate data integration, to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Support pre-sales activities including systems architecture, data integration, demand and supply forecasting models, inventory optimization models, and network designs.
- Configure and deliver customer demonstrations and customer workshops.
- Participate as a member of the supply chain solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client’s detailed business objectives, value analysis process models, and data integration needs.
- Design and architect supply chain solutions that best meet the client’s requirements based on ONE’s capabilities with inventory, supply and demand models, and value analysis.
- Perform hands-on modeling and implementation of the supply chain solutions including data modeling, algorithm tuning, forecast modeling, inventory modeling, integration development,
- Development activity management and reporting, ensuring high-quality requested functionality is delivered making use of different development methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Support testing and analysis to ensure the solutions perform as designed.
- Support training sessions for clients and partners and support the go-live process and promote solutions adoption.
- Work with Project Leadership to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule.
- Coordinate implementation activities across multiple functions and team members.
- Provide solution direction, needs, and customer feedback to product management and engineering on the future direction of core components.
- Support the development of marketing collateral.
- Participate in discussions with marketing and engineering teams and provide feedback on new product introductions.
- This position will require domestic travel and periodic international travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience selling, building, or implementing enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain practices, across inbound and outbound distribution, procurement, inventory mgmt. and forecasting processes.
- Proven management experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in business analysis, process mapping, process redesign, implementation, change management, and support.
- General consulting experience, including team facilitation and business case development.
- Ability to analyze product functional issues and come up with feasible resolutions referencing appropriate forecasting models of demand and supply with financial impacts.
- Ability to learn and master new technologies with technical and statistical aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication.
- Proven history of software design and implementation using both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Prior experience in sales or consulting with an enterprise software vendor is a plus.
