How you’ll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our efforts around the Sports Experience. This role will focus on defining and building the content discovery experience for our sports users in the SiriusXM app across all touchpoints.

What you’ll do:

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SiriusXM’s sports discovery experience

• Work closely with your partners in the engineering, programming and all editorial organizations to understand current state as well as future goals and constantly align your objectives with theirs

• Partner and collaborate within the product organization to understand the desired subscriber experience and plan the necessary capabilities to enable those experiences

• Deeply understand business considerations, competitive landscape, and product development best practices to deliver initiatives in a timely manner

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

• 5+ years of product management work experience

• 3+ years of experience in the streaming media space

• Strong product management background with demonstrated success supporting digital products

• Engineering or technical background with a strong ability to understand and interface with engineering on a daily basis

• Customer-first orientation and strong passion for delivering information and content in service to customer needs

• Passion for sports and serving the sports fan

• Ability to absorb and synthesize complex and ambiguous requirements, organizing them into structured requirements and user stories

• Ability to prioritize cross-initiative requirements in service of organizational goals

• Experience working in an Agile software development environment

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $128,100 to $193,500 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
