Senior Auditor (Non-Profit) - Accounting Job at Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz
Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz (BSSF), a premier accounting and business advisory firm in Central PA and Maryland, is seeking a motivated Audit Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is recognized as the in-charge representative of BSSF and is responsible for effectively organizing engagements as it relates to all aspects of job completion. This job is located in Camp Hill with opportunity for hybrid-remote.
Senior Auditor (Non-Profit) - Accounting Responsibilities:
-Review basic and medium level accounting and auditing engagements and the supporting work
papers
-Conduct and/or review accounting research assignments and hold independent meetings with
clients
-Review working papers and determine that the audit was performed in accordance with
generally accepted auditing standards
-Process knowledge of applicable pronouncements and perform related engagements in
accordance with GAAS, GAGAS, SSARS, etc.
-Ability to implement new pronouncements or standards
-Experience with audit software and technologies
-Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and
financial matters in compilations, reviews and audits
-Efficiently prepares, reviews and revises work papers; performs procedures established under
generally accepted auditing, review or compilation standards
-Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business, and of the unique aspects of each
client’s industry
-Ability to research complex areas independently before inquiring of Audit Manager, Audit
Senior Manager or Principal
Senior Auditor (Non-Profit) - Accounting Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting
-3+ years public accounting experience experience
-Not for Profit experience is a plus, but willing to train!

Pay: $53,587.00 - $113,982.67 per year
