SCI Personnel Security Specialist Job at Constellation West
Prepare and review security operating procedures, related to SCI Facility (SCIF) accreditation documentation, including preparation of SCI indoctrination paperwork, maintaining personnel security databases, maintenance of personnel security files, preparing and conducting specialized security training, and conducting security staff assistance reviews. Provide SCI Personnel Security support of the United States Space Force Space Operations Command Special Security Office (USSF SpOC SSO) Space Base Delta 1(SBD1) for both CONUS and OCONUS. Perform assistance support to SCI/SAP Security and SCI/Collateral Security Programs in support of the Space Delta 6 (Cyber), Space Delta 8 (SATCOM-NAVWAR). Tasks include:
- With Government oversight, manage the SCI Personnel Security Program and its associated security databases, personnel security files, and other administrative files IAW applicable regulations, instructions, policies, and/or established guidelines.
- Perform daily data updates to any security systems required by the supported organization.
- Perform daily data updates to the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for all unit personnel.
- Update and maintain all electronic and hard-copy personnel security files for assigned personnel IAW AF Records Management Directives and Privacy Act requirements.
- Process, track, and monitor SCI indoctrination requests for all assigned unit personnel.
- Prepare billet reports as requested by the Schriever SSO.
- Prepare, monitor, and disseminate SCI billet correspondence and related documentation.
