Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to fill a Sales Greeter position. In this role, you will interact with customers as they arrive at the retail showroom, answering basic questions they may have and directing them to the appropriate associate. Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales. You will also inform our guests about our current promotions, build guest relationships, and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs. This is a customer service role rather than a sales position, but our sales team does rely on you to provide a welcoming environment and exceptional experience to each customer.

Job Details:

What you will do:

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Provide advice or direct guests to the appropriate sales associate
• Assist in gauging efficiency of marketing initiatives
• Schedule follow-up appointments or calls
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones
• Understand and be able to describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services
• Notify floor manager about potential issues

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience a plus
• An understanding of our services and company knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Friendly attitude

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• A valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Ability to lift an object weighing up to 25 pounds
• Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday.
• Workshop environment, with some physical requirements and long periods of standing and walking
