RN Home Health Field Nurse Job at Curing Hands Home Health
Curing Hands Home Health is actively looking for Per-Diem Registered Nurse to perform home visit in the Los Angeles and valley areas to join our team. For the past 10 years, our growing company has focused on giving patient centered care by providing highly personalized customer care and service. Home Health RN's have the flexibility of being in control of their schedule while yet providing nursing care to our patients.
Qualifications:
- Current RN License in the state of CA
- Must be caring, ethical, honest, and professional with ultimate patient care in mind. Able to create a Plan of Care by evaluation and assessing the patient's condition and maintaining continuity of services whenever needed to ensure good coordination of care.
- Able to document in a timely matter and according to state, federal and organizational guidelines.
- Must be dependable, is organized and has excellent communication skills.
- Able to work with a team and be a self-starter.
- Participates in staff-meetings and mandatory In-Services.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical
- Copy of updated TB results/Chest x-ray
- Proof of auto insurance
- Must have physical abilities to adequately perform described duties.
- Ability to learn and apply professional training, follow physician's orders and produce accurate records of activities and services provided
Job Types: Contract, Per diem
Pay: $110.00 - $120.00 per hour
