Here at Little Bee's Pediatric Dentistry, we love our community of Lebanon, PA and want to make a difference in the lives of our patients by assisting them achieve the smile of their dreams! We are the first Pediatric Dental office in the area and have a new state of the art facility for our patients and staff members to thrive in.

Practice Overview

Little Bee's Pediatric Dentistry is a passionate group of dental professionals who believe in the power of dentistry because of the impact it makes on an individual’s life. Our team thrives in its high-volume, fast-paced environment, and believes all of our clients are guests and treat them as such. Our office is home to state of the art dental equipment, therefore our staff prides itself on being innovative with their techniques. We foster an educational environment for both our staff and patients, and invest in our staff’s development. What You’ll Be Working On

● Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with families

● Prepare treatment rooms including, but not limited to, set-up, decontamination, sterilizing and sharpening instruments, restocking supplies

● Educate patients and their parents on the importance of preventative care and healthy habits

● Conduct teeth cleaning and inspect conditions of oral cavity, recording treatment information on the patient’s chart

● Schedule patient’s next treatment appointment

● Assists Dentists with determining treatments

Qualifications

● Degree in Dental Hygiene is required

● Must be licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Pennsylvania

● 1-2 years of Pediatric experience preferred

● Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for providing great customer service

● Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity

● Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

● Team player with the ability to work independently on goals and objectives

● Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
