POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Office receptionist in a retail & service dealership environment, answering and forwarding phone calls in a fast-paced environment, checking out customer invoices, daily cash/credit reports, meeting and greeting customers, filing invoices, and any other duties assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Answer calls and transfer to appropriate departments- Cashing out customer invoices upon completion of customers work done in shop
- Run daily cash and credit reports
- Greet customers and direct to the correct departments or person
- File customer invoices
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor and or manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to work and learn independently.- Friendly & approachable
- Multitasking is a must
- Bilingual in Spanish & English a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Duties are performed throughout the inside and outside of the building(s). Employee is exposed to dirt, dust, heat, cold, noise and vibration, fumes and odors, wetness, and humidity, and sometimes darkness. Employee is required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crawl, bend, and twist. Employee may have to climb and/or lift up to and over 80 pounds frequently. Visual requirements are constant. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Due to the nature of the environment, employee is exposed to potential mechanical, chemical, electrical and fire hazards on a regular basis.
