What will you be doing

This is a client facing role. Our Client Project Managers work directly with our clients to setup and configure our software while coordinating training and support. The Client Project Manager (Enterprise) is a member of the implementation team in our client services department working hands-on with new and existing clients (Primarily School Districts Transportation)to assure the successful installation, configuration, training, and implementation of all software packages. The Client Project Manager works collaboratively with training, sales, and support/engineering teams to onboard clients from start to finish.

  • Develop customized project plans to meet enterprise level client objectives, including specific goals, milestones, and target dates.
  • Provide hands-on software support and data analysis for enterprise level clients during their implementation period, including troubleshooting when appropriate.
  • Maintain clear, complete, and accurate documentation related to all project activities, including tracking time spent on client and department-related activities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate software installation between client and internal installation teams.
  • Coordinate online and onsite training between Transfinder’s training team and the client.
  • Evaluate overall status of assigned projects and identify risks or roadblocks.
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure that projects are on track, given the goals established in the project plan, and work with clients to adjust, as necessary.
  • Promote an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, optimism, and dedication.

Must have experience

  • The Client Project Manager (Enterprise) is hands-on and technically minded individual with a strong commitment to dedicated customer service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a related field, such as Software Implementation, Project Management, or Application Analysis.
  • Proven record of defining, executing, and completing complex projects for enterprise level clients and contractors.
  • Ability to maintain, track and meet the needs of multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and initiative-taking.
  • Ability to propose new ideas, both functional and technical.
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly and independently.
  • Experience with web-based applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have experience

  • Experience with Windows Administration, SQL and Access Databases, GIS software, and Crystal Reports.
