WHAT DOES A YS SALES MANAGER DOES?

The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team of Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

The Sales Manager leads the team by, training, consulting, and holding accountable all team members and Showing Assistants. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving team member who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win- win agreements.

Sales Manager helps teach new & experienced Realtors. He/She will be responsible for training, overseeing and the administrating of agent files, bolster a culture of high energy and top professionals. Responsibilities Achieve growth by helping to retain real estate agents Design and implement a strategic training schedule that expands our Team members knowledge and skills. Knowledgeable in social media, PowerPoint and zoom, handling objections, goal setting. Setting up coaching sessions with our in-house coach and performance monitoring of agents. Build and promote strong, long-lasting company – Team members relationship by understanding their needs and helping us celebrate their successes. Handle calls when agents have questions on deals or how to manage leads. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status to bring to the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Increase profit revenue
  • Role-play scripts, objection handling, closing techniques
  • Cultivate the Team mission, vision, and core values to ensure the team culture is strong and followed by the entire team.
  • Handle calls when agents have questions on deals or how to manage leads. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status to bring to the company.
  • Provide agent accountability
  • Implement and manage systems FUB, DOTLOOP, SLACK, MLS, Lenders apps,etc
  • Build team mindset and atmosphere
  • Coaching and Training Senior Team members to achieve the team goals and surpass
  • Coordinate team-building events
  • Create a winning mindset and culture
  • Head team meetings, Power 15 zoom meetings and any other required meeting
  • Skill building, Sales training, Goal Setting
  • Business planning Qualifications:
  • Conduct YS Team events in a monthly basis
  • Maintain Builders relationships at the most highly professional and ethical levels
  • Prevent cancelations and saving deals always

o Structuring sales deals for Buyers, Sellers, Builders, Investors etc.

§ Must have experience with MLS, AS IS Contracts, Addendums, Commercial Deals, comprehension HUDs/ALTA

o Structuring Financial options with all 8 Preferred lenders and programs available that we have (Fannie Mae, FHA/Conventional/VA/USDA/Heroes. SHIP/DPA, NQM, Reverse Mortgage, DSCR, ITIN, Foreign National, etc

o Able to be the mediator between builders, lenders, sales agents and clients to save deals

o Able to understand how to read and work with credit reports to help structure saving deals when credit is a challenge

o Able to keep the clients always engaged and opened to continue with the deal trusting our team no matter what the situations is

  • Assess the leads source, rate of conversion and number of leads received vs.

conversion monthly to achieve a target 20% conversion rate per agent.

  • Conduct one on one meeting in person/Zoom weekly on Tuesdays and take

action according to the Team policies for performance, probation, suspension and

or termination.

  • One on one meetings monthly to evaluate the performance and determine what

Tier the agent will be the next month or what action needs to be taken.

  • Oversee and train the ISAs team to obtain highest conversion rate as well.
  • Oversee the Team Transaction Coordinator.

Create and implement creative, effective training presentations and methodologies to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness of training programs, utilizing a combination of video, remote online, and in-person training, group trainings conducted using both internal and external resources, where applicable. Assist in the development and implementation of a detailed, interactive, operational training and resource guide to be used by agents in performing their day-to-day jobs with

an emphasis on creating standardization, consistency, and predictability within and across the organization. Identify outside training resources and create a mix of internal and external resources for ongoing training in all disciplines in order to

maximize performance and professional growth.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of training experience, a plus!
  • RE license in Florida and a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • 2 years plus sales/training manager experience
  • Minimum of two designations a year
  • Exceptional listening skills, ability to problem solve, and patience with agents and clients of all skill levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills – solid writing and speaking skills, pleasant phone manner
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to read/interpret document such
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-starting/self-motivated; high energy, enthusiastic, determined, and able to positively motivate.
  • Experience presenting to large groups, and creating plans and events
  • Proven Social Media presence
  • Proven ability to provide high quality client service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technology quickly and apply knowledge

Pay: $48,594.66 - $300,000.00 per year
