JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all vacation rentals are well maintained
• Proactively identify issues and quality assurance concerns from site visits
• Manage maintenance inquiries in a timely manner via phone, email, or in-person
• Assist with basic property maintenance
• Dispatch technicians or vendors to resolve maintenance issues
• Maintain property appearance by ensuring repairs are completed
• Complete maintenance tasks and projects as assigned
• Cable and WiFi troubleshooting
• Appliance troubleshooting
• Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance
• Assist with light plumbing when needed
• Coordinate with third-party service providers
• Provide after-hours maintenance support
• Source parts required to complete work orders
• Communicating effectively with guests, homeowners, and staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must obtain basic maintenance skills

AVAILABILITY:

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses and raises are available after the probationary period.
