The Production Control Manager directs, coordinates and supervises the planning, scheduling and expediting of manufacturing and assembly activities for the timely production of KHS machines. The PCM participates in the planning and establishment of manufacturing objectives. The PCM leads the production control group to ensure the processing of orders through schedule planning, work center loading, and material requirements planning.

Supervisory Responsibilities *Production Control Manager supervises Production Control personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
