TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume and enjoy content on TikTok. We are looking for an accomplished product manager to expand the boundaries of TikTok by encouraging building meaningful social connections between users. This is an exciting opportunity for product manager with passion and curiosity for Social direction to create great impacts.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities, define product problems and drive product solutions to motivate users to build social relations and generate social interactions.
• Incorporate data, algorithm, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational goals.
• Define clear and precise data metrics to best represent the business performance and adjust product strategies dynamically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above. Experience in social product experience is preferred.
• Have a strong enthusiasm and understanding of social products, be good at discovering user pain points, be able to judge priorities, and continuously build and iterate products;
• Strong leadership, excellent in communication and project management. Be able to clearly describe problems, plans, and visions, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and have the ability to solve problems with different teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to deal with rapid changes and imperfect status quo
• Have a global vision and have the enthusiasm and continuous attention to international products.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120650 - $223250 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
