Job Description
Parts by Cochran is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Professional to join our growing parts sales team at the Natrona Heights Parts by Cochran Hub. Our Outside Sales Professionals are ambitious go-getters who not only find and win new customers, but also promote our wholesale parts hub and services to our existing wholesale customers. Responsibilities
- Drive growth of the Parts by Cochran customer base, sales and profits
- Promote the entire portfolio of parts, products and programs to wholesale customers
- Work with the Wholesale Parts Director and managers to develop plans to increase sales
- Proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads within the Pittsburgh region and the surrounding areas
- Achieve personal and company sales goals
- Identify specific needs of customers, then develop and implement win-win resolutions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer challenges, complaints, and questions in person, by e-mail or telephone
Qualifications
- Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customer objections, closing the sale and account maintenance and development
- Prior experience in a dealership, after-market store or other retail experience in the automotive industry
- 2+ years of experience in a customer focused role preferred
- Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience with CRM technology a plus
- Valid driver license
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- High school diploma or G.E.D required.
- Bachelor degree preferred
