Greco & Sons, a distribution company located in Bartlett, IL, is seeking Outbound Warehouse supervisor on our NIGHT shift.

We are looking for motivated and driven problem solver who has management skills and have a passion for process. Supervisors will be managing employees whose duties consist of picking, restocking, loading and unloading of trucks and safe operation of hand tools and forklifts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervises direct reports (more than 30)
• Supervise the processes associated with shipping and receiving of product integrity, freshness, and order filling accuracy to achieve KPI's and budgeted through-put
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
• Plan, schedule and manage work force to meet daily operational demands including training, verifying certification and qualifications and monitoring individual employee productivity levels
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean and in proper working order
• Ensure all work performed with the warehouse complies with safety regulations and company safety policies

Required Qualifications:

• A HS Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of related experience in a leadership/supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and communication skills and excellent organizational/prioritization skills required.
• Adhere to and enforce basic housekeeping standards, safe operating procedures, e.g., OSHA, PPE, etc. and basic building maintenance.
• Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment including: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 150 pounds, and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related) plus stooping kneeling, climbing, crouching or reaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bilingual (Spanish/English)

· Warehouse Management Software experience (BFC is a plus!)

Schedule: Overnights, days and hours variable depending on company needs

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
