MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree: Graduate from an accredited college or university certified by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education of the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)

Experience: Minimum of two years of experience within the past three years providing services in an orthopedic department.

Licensure:

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant, Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician’s Assistants (NCCPA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association.

Provide care to patients in the following capacities:
Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and consultation.

• Treat various conditions, illnesses, and injuries of the extremities, spine, and associated structures
• Provide medical services within the scope of practice of the collaborating Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Provide perioperative care in conjunction with the treating surgeon.
• Assess, stabilize, and determine the disposition of patients

Monday-Friday day shift only. NO weekends or holidays!
