OPERATOR LIFT TRUCK-1 Job at Tarkett
This position is for our FieldTurf facility.
SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Tufting Support Lead- LTO plans, directs, or coordinates the work activities and resources necessary to support tufting operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Lead all components of safety, health and environmental programs to achieve and maintain zero incidents and injuries.

Conducting group meetings with all members of the shift every day at the beginning of the shift
-
Comply with all safety policies, practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources

Helps other employee to accomplish their daily task - Training

Perform Weekly Dock Audits

Perform and monitor Daily SMAT Audits
-
Supplying fiber to all the tufting machine without down time
-
Divide the machines with the other LTO
-
Make sure that all the returns are done in a timely matter

Make sure that all fiber and backing are scanned
-
This position will required flexible working hours.

Perform other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

Forklift Experience Required
This position is for day shift.
