We currently have an outstanding opportunity for an Online Fulfillment Team Member to join the Ovation Travel Group Division of AMEX GBT. Reporting to Ovations Online Services Manager, the Online Fulfillment Team Member will be responsible for Level 1 Support for all online booking tools via phone, email, and support tickets. Team members are also responsible for the fulfillment of online bookings and managing the online fulfillment queues.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with Sabre
- 1+ years experience with online booking tools, primarily SAP Concur, Deem, and Neo
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel, across functions, organizations and with external contacts
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
OLFT LEVEL 1 SUPPORT TASKS
- Walk clients through basic online booking procedures
- Assist clients with logging into their specific online booking tool site
- Travelers and travel arranger’s assistance
- Assist clients with completing their profile details
- Address any profile-related questions
- Assist with travel arranger setup
- Site navigation questions or concerns (can assist via screen share).
- Research pricing discrepancies
- Assist with basic travel policy inquiries
- Escalate reported site issues as needed to OBT Support teams
OLFT QUEUES SUPPORT TASKS
- Set up exchanges using credits on file
- Complete APAY seat requests
- Research canceled air and possible missed ticketing
- Complete passenger requests
- Manage online fulfillment queues
Location
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
