Position Title: Omnichannel Customer Representative

Essential Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to customer emails.
  • Providing Customer Service accurately and professionally through emails to ensure Jimmy Jazz customers are satisfied. Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Responding to Inbound emails – Providing Order Updates.
    • Tracking orders, supplying accurate information to the customer.
    • Promotional and Product Information.
    • Cancelling orders.
    • Memo Maintenance – notating on order level and in ticket reason for correspondence and desired resolution.
    • Informing customer service of orders which require.
    • Adjustments
    • Promo Code Updates
    • USPS claim resolution
  • Responsible for the filing of FedEx claims and the maintenance of FedEx claim reporting.
  • Initiation of claim with FedEx for lost or stolen packages and/or missing items.
  • Updating orders and tickets with claim information.
  • Updating customers with claim status.
  • Updating customer service in relation to contacting customer.
  • Maintaining FedEx claim log.

Qualifications:

  • Attendance and punctuality are a must.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow through and complete tasks.
  • Ability to take direction from management.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to use phone, computer & multiple screens simultaneously if needed.
  • Previous customer service experience a plus.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
