We have full-time Night Operations Supervisor positions located in the cities of Seattle and Bellevue and other cities across King County, working in various environments, such as office, medical, industrial, and more. Duties include and are not limited to the following:

• Follow safety policies and practices for themselves, employees, and customers
• Follow directions primarily from the direct manager, and secondarily all other managers
• Check, respond to, and/or take action on emails and voicemails frequently
• Review and approve, deny, or reject timecards from employees daily
• Train, direct, and coach employees to include issuing disciplinary action as needed
• Ensure employees perform duties and have the right tools and supplies to perform duties
• Facilitate communications between customers, management, and employees
• Resolve employee issues to include timecards, conflicts, inquiries, and other employee related issues
• Perform janitorial duties if coverage is not available and as needed to meet customer services
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations while meeting quality standards
• Monitor and manage labor costs and account budgets

Requirements include and are not limited to the following:

• 
  Attain at least 6 months of janitorial experience is preferable but not needed
• Attain at least 6 months of experience as a janitorial supervisor is preferable but not needed
• Attain good written and verbal communication
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferable but not needed
• Ability to use a smart phone to manage employees and other job tasks
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, carry, push, and/or pull
• Stand/Walk – Constant – 67-100% - Not restricted
