Maintenance Mechanic 1

Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the facilities throughout the resort, with emphasis on mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The role of this position and the Engineering department is to provide a safe and healthy environment for our colleagues and our guest to enjoy.

What you will be doing:

• Repair/preventive maintenance of systems and equipment related to HVACR, Chilled water generation, hot water generation, fire suppression, fire monitoring & control, power distribution & generation and sanitary systems.
• Keeps inventory of supplies and parts for building repairs and critical systems
• Assisting the kitchen mechanic with any maintenance and troubleshooting of kitchen equipment.
• Schedule air handler on/off times for schedule functions on the Allerton energy management system in the central plant as well as the Inncom energy management system for the guest rooms.

Your experience and skills include:

• Troubleshooting and problem solving equipment/system failure
• Use of multi meter and experience working single
• Experience maintaining physical plant equipment
• Experience troubleshooting Kitchen equipment
• Experience maintaining HVACR systems
